Sony Ericsson to Launch Vivaz-177w

Sony Ericsson projects to launch the Vivaz, a Symbian smartphone extend with HD video recording capablenesses, in the coming months, hoping the handset will assist swing around its flagging sales.
The Japanese-Swedish joint venture said the Vivaz has a “human curvature” blueprint that mirrors the shape of the physical body. It runs Symbian S60 software system and comes with a large 3.2-inch widescreen touch display, an 8.1-megapixel photographic camera and access to social networking internet site such as Facebook and Twitter.
Extra strength include Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity, high-speed HSDPA Internet and a microSD expansion slot.
Sony Ericsson has shinned in recent years, due to its hard concentrate on music and camera cellphones while purchasers asked smartphones with more full-bodied characteristics — such as the Apple iPhone and Research in Motion BlackBerry gimmicks.
Checking its sales drop from a lack of high-end handsets, the companionship at present desires to win back consumers with a new chain smartphones — the Xperia X10 with new Android, Xperia X2 with Windows Mobile and Satio with Symbian.
